Dr. Madhu Thottappillil is a Sports Medicine Specialist, Orthopedic surgeon and an Ergonomics specialist. Dr. Madhu is one of the pioneers in the field of Medical Ergonomics in India and has published numerous articles on the topics of return to work, ergonomics and disability management. Dr. Madhu Thottappillil also consults regularly with clients in the area of work related injury management. He authors a monthly column in the 'Indian Express' on Sunday titled 'Bodyline' He is also the Sports Medicine Consultant to the Board of Cricket Control in India (BCCI) for the South Zone.
Dr. Venkatesh Balasubramaniam, Senior Consultant, Applied
Ergonomics
Dr. Venkatesh Balasubramaniam is a specialist in Applied Ergonomics. He holds a doctorate in Biomedical Engineering from the Louisiana Tech University and was a Post Doctoral from the Yale University School of medicine. He is presently the Assistant Professor in the Department of Applied Mechanics at the Indian Institute of Technology, Chennai. He has published numerous papers on Ergonomics and Injury and Sports Biomechanics. He is a Member of the Ergonomics Sectional Committee (BP 35), Bureau of Indian Standards.
Sangeetha Madhu, Senior Consultant, Clinical Psychology
Sangeetha Madhu is a clinical Psychologist from the National Institute of Mental health and Neuro Sciences (NIMHANS). Sangeetha is an Asst professor of Clinical psychology and specializes in stress management and personality development programmes. Sangeetha has done various stress management and personality development programmes including Infosys, Britannia, HLL, Rotary, Orchid Chemicals, and NLC. Sangeetha is a regular contributor for several national publications in areas of stress, conflict resolution and clinical psychology. She has also been actively involved in the development of programs for women in the work place for various organizations. Her area of interest also includes Myofascial release techniques.

Ramji Srinivasan is a one of the most experienced Physical trainers in the country. He has done his training at the Australian Institute of Sports and has done advanced courses in Pilates, Swiss ball and strength and Conditioning. He is the Chief trainer at the MRF Pace foundation and for the AI formula racing team. He has been associated at various times with the National Cricket Academy, Academy of Tennis Excellence.
